1. Can I order a custom piece?

Yes. We have our own factory and are able to make custom sizes. Please contact us with your request.

2. What is the different between beech wood, sapele wood and red oak wood?

All three types of wood are hardwoods, strong and durable. The main difference is in the wood grain and color.

3. Is it easy to assemble or install? 

Easy to install, and good accessories will be provided. You can contact us if you need an installation video.

4. Where are products made? 

All of our products are made by our own factory, a solid wood manufacturer based in Zhejiang, China. We insist on using strong, durable and tasteful raw wood materials to make our furniture.

5. How long will it take to receive my order? 

We will check the goods and pack them within 48 hours of your order,and send them out by the best route according to your address.

6. Can I make changes to my order? 

If you would like to cancel your order because you have changed your mind, please do so before shipping. If you need to update your address after shipment, please email us promptly. 

7. What happens if my order is damaged or lost in transit?

All items will be packed in reinforced packaging. If there is damage or loss in transit, please contact us to register a replacement.

8. Can you apply the current sale price to my order? 

All prices listed on our website are subject to change. A one-month price guarantee service is supported. In case the price of an item on your order drops, please contact us within a month after you had placed your order, we will refund the price difference. No price adjustments can be processed after more than a month since purchase. We cannot amend prices of products that have already been dispatched.

9. How do I know that my order and payment is successful?

You will receive a confirmation email after an order and payment is successful. Check your spam mail to be sure. Do contact us if you fail to receive an email so we can help you further.

10. Where can I find my welcome coupon code?

If you have subscribed to our email newsletter, an email with our 10% off welcome coupon code will be sent directly to your inbox. Do check under Promotions folder (for Gmail users) or under junk /spam mail inbox if you are unable to locate our welcome email. You may also contact us directly for the coupon code if you have failed to receive the welcome email.
